Informing, consulting and involving local people in the development of the proposals.
We are fully committed to a comprehensive process of engagement with the local community to ensure that we receive feedback on our proposals. We are undertaking a thorough pre-planning consultation process which includes meetings with political representatives, stakeholder organisations and community groups. Information leaflets have also been distributed to neighbouring households and businesses. In addition to that a number of public exhibitions were held between the end of September and the beginning of October at the Yiewsley & West Drayton Community Centre.
However we are still willing to engage with local communities and want to listen to people's views. There are several ways in which people can get involved:
- Inviting us to present to a community or local organisation.
- Requesting to join our mailing list (email or by post).
- Contacting us for more information directly.
