We provide cost effective recycling and recovery solutions to complement your waste management services, meet your legislative requirements and minimise waste to landfill.
Powerday offers tailor made packages of recycling and waste management services including the operation of Civic Amenity sites, waste collection, recycling and recovery of municipal, commercial and construction/ refurbishment waste. We are currently licensed to process two million tonnes a year, around 10% of London’s waste. We favour reuse, then recycling over energy recovery, and ensure traceability with virtually all materials remaining in the UK.
Our visitor centre can be used to show your residents how you are developing modern sustainable ways to handle waste. The centre can be used to inform local communities on the issues around recycling and waste management, promote waste reduction, demonstrate reuse of materials and inform residents what happens to their waste.
