Powerday shortlisted for National Recycling Award
Powerday has been shortlisted for the ‘Recycling and Waste Management Business of the Year’ in the National Recycling Awards 2009.
The Awards received record number of entries this year and according to a spokesperson at MRW, the shortlist “demonstrates the quality of recycling and waste management projects happening across the country”.
Powerday’s entry was driven by its realisation of 100% recovery rates, achieved six months ahead of target, at its Old Oak Sidings site. Powerday’s business provides high quality, innovative and unique recycling and waste management solutions for businesses and organisations across London and beyond. The award entry was supported by quotes from satisfied customers including Wates Living Space and Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show.
The short listing reinforces Powerday’s position as an industry leader. The National Recycling Award finals take place on 27th October 2009 in London.
