Powerday runs successful trial with Islington Council
Powerday recently ran a very successful small scale trial with Islington Council and its recycling and waste management contractor Enterprise. Fly tip, street cleansing and bulky waste was delivered to Powerday by Enterprise (who waived its additional transportation costs to facilitate the trial). Powerday processed the waste through its Materials Recycling Facility achieving a recycling rate of over 40%, with a significant amount of the residual material going for energy from waste.
